Who is Connection Works?

That’s me, Shannon Patterson, MS, MSOD! And, it often includes some of my amazing colleagues, depending on what you need. I, and my colleagues, wear many hats — we are facilitators, coaches, consultants, trainers, and, most importantly your partners in whatever work we do together. While much about our work together will be interesting and satisfying, it will also be challenging. If it wasn’t, you would have already done it yourself!

We’ll be right there with you, sweating it out, while we make our way through to a better place. We also promise to laugh it out — many of us bring a wry yet compassionate sense of humor about the nature of being humans together.
